- A large Zoom Air unit in the forefoot is thicker than the previous version, giving more energy back. The extra volume, plus an outsole groove just behind the toes, allows the unit to compress and absorb force during play.
- Thin, lightweight fabric material in the upper is coated with a textured print that helps resist abrasion over a long season.
- Inspired by the Kobe 9, the outsole tread has a wavy, circular pattern. It helps give you the traction to start, stop and cut as needed.
- Resilient foam midsole.
