Basketzone has been established in 2010. Since that time, more than 100,000 customers trusted us and approx. 250,000 facebook users liked our profile. We are specialized in sale of basketball and streatwear shoes. We can humbly boast, that we probably have the largest number of Air Jordan models in the world. All of our products come from official distributor and they are 100% original. On teritorry of EU we ship goods via DPD and DHL courier. We propose several payment methods, but for convenience and security of our clients money, we recommed Paypal and E-card systems.
Are products from Basketzone.net original?
Yes, we sell only 100% authentic products! All products come from verified suppliers.
When I will get my order?
We do our best to send your order within 48 hours from receiving the payment. We do not sent with COD beyond Poland, so we have to get the payment first. After the dispatch you will get a notification with the tracking number. You can check estimated delivery time to your country in Shipment: http://basketzone.net/index.php?action=wysylka. If you order to European Union, delivery takes no longer than 5 working days.
How can I pay?
After placing the order you will be redirected to PayPal - you can pay this way. If you wish to pay later, you can send the money via PayPal to our account: as a recipient type 'payments@basketzone.net'. You can also pay through traditonal transfer - all information is provided in feedback e-mail with the order and also in 'Terms and Conditions'.
What if my order is incorrect?
If you find out that that ordered product or delivery details are incorrect, contact us as soon as possible via shop@basketzone.net. In the title please write number of the order.
How can I exchange product?
We are unable to carry out exchanges . Please, send the product for return and place a new order.
How can I return product?
You can return product within 30 days from receiving the order. Please, write to us before sending it back. We return money after receiving the product from you.
How many products may I order?
Orders that we ship within Poland and the European Union can contain up to 6-10 items (depending on size) in one package. Orders shipped outside the EU can also contain up to 6-10 items (depending on size) - the price of shipping larger quantities is determined individually.
May I order product or size that is no longer available?
We do not order individual products.

Basketzone.net sells sport shoes, sport clothing and sport accessories via on-line shop. All photographs available on the website present authentic images of products. The colors may differ depending on one’s screen parameters.
RULES OF ORDER
Placing the order on basketzone.net is equivalent to accepting the rules and regulations of the shop. The order is realized not later than 30 days from the placing. Options of payment:

TERMINATING THE CONTRACT
Customer may dismiss the contract without giving the reasons during 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. In that situation, customer should submit a specified statement which can be provided by e-mail after sending a request to shop@basketzone.net. Returned product, unused, has to be send back to the seller immediately, not later than 14 days from terminating the contract. The buyer pays all costs of returning the product.
PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
Prices given on the website are gross prices and they do not include costs of shipment. Discounts do not combine with one another and they do not include JORDAN RETRO series.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Proof of purchase is sent electronically (via e-mail) after the order has been completed. Proof of purchase commonly comes as invoice.
WARRANTY
Seller do not provide warranty for the product. If the product is inconsistent with the agreement, customer may claim for free reparation or replacement unless it is possible or do not demand excessive effort. Consumer should inform the seller about inconsistency not later than 2 months from noticing it. Seller is responsible for consistency with the agreement for 2 years from the transaction. If customer wish to report the inconsistence of the product with the agreement, he should submit a specified statement which can be provided by e-mail after sending a request to shop@basketzone.net.
EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT
Unfortunately, we do not exchange goods. In order to replace the goods with a different model / size, the wrong product must be returned and a new order must be placed via the website.
PRESERVATION OF SHOES
Before wearing new footwear for the first time, read the information on the original shoe box and labels, which provide information on the materials used in the footwear and how to maintain them. Following them will allow you to enjoy your footwear for longer. Basic shoe maintenance rules: clean dirty shoes first, and only then polish them, do not clean the footwear with solvents, as they destroy the top layer of natural leather and imitation leather, use a soft cloth or sponge moistened in warm water for washing, clean the surface of the shoe, do not soak it all the way, do not dry wet footwear near heat sources (stoves, radiators), dry footwear at room temperature; the shoes should be stiffened from the inside with a moisture-absorbing material, e.g. newspapers, change and air the footwear, care for the inside of the footwear is the responsibility of the Buyer (maintenance of cleanliness, replacement of linings, selection of socks or tights to match the colour of the inside of the footwear, as dark footwear may discolour light socks), always lace your footwear carefully; improperly tied shoes can be deformed; leather is a material that adapts to the shape of the foot, and improperly tied shoelaces can cause deformation or even cracking, washing shoes in a washing machine is not allowed.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Customers personal information is processed only to the fulfillment of the order, the preservation of all personal data protection is present in the Polish legislation.
FINAL PROVISIONS
§ 1 The provisions of the Polish version of the Rules shall apply in case of matters not regulated in the English version of the Rules.
§ 2 In case of any interpretative differences relating to the Polish and English version of the Rules binding is polish version.
