We would like to inform that in this difficult time Customers have 30 days after receiving the package to make return.
Before sending the package, make sure which courier company will take over the package after arriving to Poland. We do not recommend delivery to us by Polish Post because parcel may not be delivered. Polish Post do not deliver parcels but they leave only an advice note. We are not able to collect all parcels within a specified period, which is why we reccomend to send us parcels by another carrier, otherwise the package can be returned to sender. If you are afraid that your parcel will not be delivered, you can inform us by e-mail about your intention to return the order and you can send the parcel later when problems with courier companies will end.
DO YOU WANT TO RETURN PRODUCT?
- Customers being Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
- You do not have to give the reason for the return.
- The returned product can not bear traces of use.
- To return the product you need a proof of purchase and a withdrawal form.
- Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
- The box should be packed so that it will not be damaged during transport.
- Please do not wrap the box with adhesive tape.
- The return of payment for the goods is made within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
