The goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch in the EU (by DPD ord DHL courier).

RETURN PRODUCT

Customer can return product within 30 days after receiving product.

If you want to terminate the agreement, you have to:

1. Inform our shop of your withdrawal decision by e-mail: shop@basketzone.net or telephone: +48 515 004 335 
2. Download and fill out the withdrawal form; FORM TO DOWNLOAD
3. Send back purchased product with proof of purchase on returning address:
   BASKETZONE, Nowogrodzka 2c, 92-221 Lodz, Poland
4. Place the inscription on the package (not on the shoes box): RETURN
    

Important!

Returning product can not wear any signs of use.

Please pack the box to avoid  damage during transportation. Please do not put the tape on the original box.

The payments will be returned within 14 days after receiving the product on the basis of the same terms of payment as those used by you during the original transaction.
 

To exchange a product, please return the goods according to the instructions above and then place a new order.
